Dear Members of the Region,
We are writing to inform you that Toby Silhavy has resigned as North Central Regional Director, effective immediately. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Toby for the leadership, dedication, and hard work he has contributed to the region during his tenure. His contributions have made a significant difference in the growth and success of our organization.
As per the bylaws of our organization, in the event of a vacancy in the position of Regional Director, the Board of Directors shall appoint an Acting Regional Director. We are pleased to announce that Jamie Hicks has been appointed as the Acting Regional Director for the interim period.
We believe Jamie's extensive experience in the field and leadership skills will prove valuable in managing the day-to-day operations of the region. We are confident that he will bring a fresh perspective and new ideas that will benefit the region.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that according to the bylaws, for the next 60 days, members of the region may nominate new candidates for the position of Regional Director. If no new nominations are received within the 60 days, the person appointed by the Board will be considered the Regional Director for the remaining term.
We encourage you to participate in the nomination process and put forth suitable candidates who can carry on the legacy of our organization. Your participation is essential to ensure that we have a strong and effective leadership team that represents the interests of the region.
