Board of Director’s Meeting Minutes
Monday October 18th, 2021
Attendees: Doug Pilcher, Alex Dreiling, Jim McCall, Rick Crow, Dave Dupre, Jacques Telles, Adi Kochav, Brian Webb, Amanda Darling, Primo Rivera, Toby Silhavy, Oliver Soto
Absent : Manrico Mincuzzi, Michael Hobson
1. 2022 knowns for Int and Advanced STD/ALT were approved and all classes except Unlimited have been published to the web. Unlimited was posted after the meeting to the Web.
2. We are being asked at some contests to report our altitude needs for our contests, AMA is asking CD to report the needed altitude for their events, We are asking all CD;s when they get this request to state 2000 ft as a standard for IMAC, RD’s will help with messaging to CD.s
3. Brian is requesting that we look again at RPS in an effort to “fix” a loophole that allows someone to fly at contests uncontested and end up as the regional points winner. Discussion was held on this and Brian will bring a proposal to the next meeting.
4. Discussion was held on possible scenarios for a yearly IMAC Raffle prize. Many ideas were presented and more discussion will be held.

6. Regional Reports
NE – Regional Finals done. Another event was held and judging assistance was offered. Schedule for next year is starting to come together.
SE – working on schedule for next year, regionals coming up, shootout also next year
NC – Regionals done. Will be working in sessions for judging and Aresti training. Basic is exploding.
NW – Regional Finals in 3 weeks. Trying to outreach to new venues
EU – No Report
SC – Regionals coming up, Calendar set for next year. Raffle being held to increase interest.
SW No Report
AP – No Report
LA – Hit hard on economy, Argentina held an event, Mexico will be holding their event in November.
