Board of Director’s Meeting Minutes
Monday July 19th, 2021

1. Lifetime membership discussion
1st: Option: Member must be a good member in good standing for a minimum of 5 years. At that time the member will be eligible to request a lifetime membership for a flat fee of $750.00
2nd: Option Member in good standing may apply for a lifetime membership for a flat fee of $1000.00
3rd: Option Senior Option: Member must 55 Years or Older and be a good member in good standing for a minimum of 5 years. At that time the member will be eligible to request a lifetime membership for a flat fee of $400
The proposals above were discussed and a motion to accept option 1 and 3 and seconded. Further discussion was held, and the motion passed unanimously.
2. 2022 Knowns discussion
Basic was approved
Discussion was held on the Sportsman sequence, and it will be sent back to the committee for follow up work.

4. Regional Reports
NE – Some schedule changes due to Covid and TFR restrictions for Presidential visits. Canadians are holding events and good turnout.
SE – No Report
SC – Contests are getting cancelled with 8 or less pilots. Issue with people signing up at contests for IMAC and not getting registered.
SW – Norcal cancelled due to a heat wave. Colorado having a contest this next weekend. Regionals will be held in November. 2022 calendar with 19 contests already set.
NW – 4 contest have been held and one in Canada, South Dakota had 5 registered pilots. Regionals will be held in early October.
NC – 10 Basic pilots showed up for the last contest. More experienced pilots have been paired with the new pilots to make sure they get a good head start. The Region held a primer with the basic pilots, and it was very well received.
LA – Still having Covid issues but will be holding a contest in Mexico. Still waiting on Scores from some contests.
EU – No Report from Manrico, Adi has uploaded 7 contests worth of scores. Adi is working on judging clinics in order to normalize scoring. Britain is fully open and will be having contests soon.
AP – No Report
